About the role
- The Operations Supervisor at is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities within our warehouse and logistics facilities, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, DEA).Optimize labor utilization and
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, quality assurance, and transportation, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work mid-shift (1pm- production close)
- Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- $54,500 - $90,900

- Knowledge of FDA and DEA regulations related to pharmaceutical handling and storage is a plus.
