- The Leasing Manager will ensure property performance is maximized by walking the grounds to ensure the product is show-ready and walking and inspecting all made-ready apartments for new residents.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing
- Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building to ensure the team meets Operations strategic drivers
- Maintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfaction, as measured by periodic surveys
- Manage the application review process for each lease including credit and income verification
Requirements
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years of experience in B2B selling desired
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination
- Ability to lead a team and successfully work on a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong marketing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional image
- Good decision-making skills and knowledge on how businesses work
Compensation
- Develop an annual marketing plan, conduct marketing reviews monthly, and conduct outside marketing activities

- They will also tour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc. (this may include walking on hills and up and down 3 flights of stairs).
