Responsibilities
- Validate payroll deductions and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain payroll data integrity by monitoring job code and job profile discrepancies across systems.
- Reconcile hours worked and earnings against payroll control documents.
- Review and process electronic payroll documents for assigned.
- Identify, resolve, and document payroll errors before and after transmission to the payroll vendor.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong work relationships
- Ability to communicate cooperatively and effectively with others, organize workload, adapt quickly to change, maintain composure and make decisions in stressful situations, observe SLA's and stated deadlines
- The Payroll Processor supports accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll processing for assigned, ensuring
- Team Member payroll questions and operational support, contributing to a positive, service-focused payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A relationship builder with a dynamic approach to developing connections
Requirements
- you'll be valued for who you are and the goals you have.
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle, multi- state and multi-FEIN payroll processing
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Experience in Workday, Dayforce, Oracle or similar payroll system s preferred

- Generate required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual governmental reports.
