About the role
- The Student Experience Automation Manager serves as the technical and operational subject matter expert for the automation function supporting student engagement.
- As a senior individual contributor, the Manager ensures automations are reliable, compliant, and scalable-balancing execution quality with continuous improvement.
Requirements
- We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in automation operations, systems enablement, or omni-channel campaign management.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex automated workflows and logic frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex automation implementations that span multiple systems, data sources, or operational constraints
