About the role
- The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint.
- The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty.
- Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- This is an opportunity for a Primary Care physician to build a practice from the ground up within the current Primary Care clinic.
- Must also maintain a Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA.
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed, an accredited residency program.
- Must be Board Eligible and complete certification within reasonable timeframe once hired, or be Board Certified
- Ideal candidate would see an average of 16-20 patients a day
Compensation
- Minimum of $320,000 Base Salary plus Productivity (with RVU compensation model after that)
