Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

- This role offers significant autonomy to manage client relationships while leveraging Brookwood's resources, reputation, and technology platform.
Requirements
- 15+ years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation.
- Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ capital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience navigating state and local regulatory approvals and project closeout requirements.
- CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
- Experience with bond programs or multi-project capital improvement programs.
