Responsibilities

  • The Bush School is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator I to support the Institute for Science, Technology and Public Policy (ISTPP).
  • The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the ISTPP team, providing high-level administrative support, coordinating office operations, and helping ensure the successful execution of projects, meetings, research activities, and events.
  • This individual will be comfortable working independently, managing competing deadlines, and supporting faculty, staff, researchers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in office administration or related field.
  • Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

  • Volunteer and/or work experience working in a non-profit and/or school.

  • Coordinates office records retention and maintains reference materials.
  • Coordinates inventory and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinates office procedures and processes.
  • Coordinates logistical arrangements for travel, meeting, and events.
  • Helps with IRB and other SRS processes.
  • Edits documents, reports and survey instruments.
  • Coordinates meetings, conferences, and special events.

Compensation

  • $24.00/hourly.
