You will assist with daily office and staff management.
Edits schedule for agents calling in sick, ensuring patients are reassigned timely.
The result is high-quality healthcare that is accessible, comprehensive and, most of all, personalized.

Responsibilities

Manages schedules for all patients. Edits schedule for agents calling in sick, ensuring patients are reassigned timely. Updates agent unavailability in worker console.
Maintains the client hospitalization log, including entering coordination notes, and sending electronic log to all office, field, and sales staff.
Performs initial review of weekly schedule for productivity / geographic issues and forwards schedule to Branch Director for approval prior to distribution to staff.

Requirements

If clinical, may be required to perform patient visits and / or participate in on-call rotation.

Compensation

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$40,000 - $52,300 per year

If clinical, receives lab reports and assesses for normality, fax a copy of lab to doctor, make a copy for the Case Manager, and route to Medical Records Department.
Must have at least 1 year of home health experience.
