About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
- Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Location: Fontana, CA
Responsibilities
- Support the senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
- Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
- Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
