About the role

You are the person who makes sure nothing gets lost in the handoff from construction to operations.

Document Collection and Management
You will train building owners and facility managers on DataSphere navigation and features upon project delivery.
You will manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion.

2+ years working with construction documentation, project management, or facilities management
Familiarity with construction closeout processes and typical documentation requirements
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with document management systems and cloud-based platforms
Familiarity with CSI specification divisions and submittal processes
Experience with construction management software
You will track submission status, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure all required documents are received.
Required Experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track hundreds of documents across multiple projects
25% travel for in state or out of state projects
Background as a project engineer, project coordinator, or assistant project manager with a general contractor
Experience in facilities management or building operations
Knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and building equipment

Detail-oriented with a low tolerance for incomplete or inaccurate information
Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple concurrent projects
Clear written communication for status reports, emails, and documentation notes
