About the role

  • The Predevelopment Project Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the predevelopment activities for the business.
  • The Project analyst will interact on a regular basis with the predevelopment Project Manager and internal stakeholders in various departments including Corporate Real Estate, Development, Engineering and Data Center Operations staff.
  • Predevelopment analysts should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level, and Excel to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets

Nice to have

  • MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable
  • Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
  • Experience with management of Civil Design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing reports, presentation materials, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills

  • Understanding of property due diligence, entitlement processes, permitting, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of mission-critical data center requirements, including systems and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Awareness of local, state, and federal permitting and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and bid evaluation.
  • Ability to evaluate proposals, analyze costs, and monitor project performance metrics.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially other project management or data analysis tools.
  • Capable of identifying issues early and proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate scope, costs, and schedules effectively.
  • Manage project effectively, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation

  • Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado with compensation that aligns with your location.
  • The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
  • $88,963.50 - 136,048.92
