About the role
- The Predevelopment Project Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the predevelopment activities for the business.
- The Project analyst will interact on a regular basis with the predevelopment Project Manager and internal stakeholders in various departments including Corporate Real Estate, Development, Engineering and Data Center Operations staff.
- Predevelopment analysts should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level, and Excel to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets
Nice to have
- MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable
- Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
- Experience with management of Civil Design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing reports, presentation materials, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Skills
- Understanding of property due diligence, entitlement processes, permitting, and project delivery methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of mission-critical data center requirements, including systems and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Awareness of local, state, and federal permitting and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and bid evaluation.
- Ability to evaluate proposals, analyze costs, and monitor project performance metrics.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially other project management or data analysis tools.
- Capable of identifying issues early and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate scope, costs, and schedules effectively.
- Manage project effectively, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation
- Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado with compensation that aligns with your location.
- The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
- $88,963.50 - 136,048.92
