Responsibilities

Maintain and build assigned business relationships.
Sell new business and new applications in your territory - develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities.
Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable).
Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel.
Independently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments.
Conducts research assignments, evaluate processes, analyzes data, and may develop recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science or another technical field
relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a technical degree.
Ability to travel 15-20% within the territory, including Montréal, Gatineau, Ottawa, Cornwall, Napanee, Timmins, Ontario.
Experience managing complex projects and multiple priorities.
Proven ability to learn and apply new concepts, technologies, and solutions.
Ability to work independently and provide leadership, coaching, or influence to indirect reports and cross-functional teams.
Experience working effectively across multiple organizational levels to achieve business objectives.
Experience utilizing a consultative sales approach and managing strategic customer relationships.
Comfortable working in mid- to heavy-industrial environments.
Demonstrated success solving complex and non-routine technical problems.
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

Nice to have

Bilingual in French and English preferred.
3-5 years of experience in industrial water treatment solutions
direct water treatment experience strongly preferred.
