About the role
- This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, client engagement, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
- The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects and brings strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW
- Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources
- Track and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed
- Manage project budgets and forecast projections
- Monitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices
- Identify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately
- Establish and manage clear client expectations
- Deliver professional, well-structured presentations and status updates
- Address and escalate issues proactively to drive resolution
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of project management experience in software implementation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to travel, if applicable, as needed (10%)
