Responsibilities
- You've got problem-solving instincts, a passion for patient care, and the drive to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure to Resolve and document all QA cases with a proper and clear Resolution.
- Return specimen to clients when necessary using FedEx website and document returns and cancelations.
