- FLINT is seeking a PMO Governance Specialist for our Calgary office to play a pivotal role in strengthening project governance, driving compliance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across our project portfolio.
- Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will leverage your analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and ability to uncover root causes to ensure project delivery remains consistent, auditable, and aligned with established standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, fabrication, and/or the environmental services industry
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of: PMO governance, project management, project controls, or quality management roles
- Experience with ISO 9001 compliant standards, audits, and certification processes is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI
