About the role

  • The derivatives risk solutions team specializes in foreign exchange and interest rate products which are tailored to our corporate and private equity clients.
  • The team works with global corporate and financial sponsor treasury teams to recommend and execute FX and rates products.
  • Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Successful candidates will provide support to senior sales team in the structuring and marketing of interest rate & currency derivative strategies to the team's clients
  • You will perform company and market research to identify current trends & opportunities
  • You will help create market commentary on interest rates and foreign exchange markets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in front office, derivatives related role, supporting Corporate clients or Sponsor clients
  • Ideal candidate will have a BA in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, Statistics or other related major
  • You'll have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • You'll demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You'll be adaptable, and work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

  • If you're familiar with Bloomberg, that's a plus

Compensation

  • The expected base salary ranges from $120,000- $175,000.
  • Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
  • In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
