- Role Summary TBK Bank is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Lending team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Structure and manage commercial lending solutions including C&I loans, commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing
- Partner with Treasury Management, SBA, Factoring, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing portfolio management
- Evaluate client financials, industry trends, and capital needs to identify opportunities and manage risk
- Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with lending, underwriting, loan administration, and retail banking teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- With branches across Iowa, Illinois, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, and Texas, TBK Bank provides commercial and consumer banking solutions designed to help businesses and communities thrive.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong focus on relationship management and business development
- Proven success generating commercial loans and deposits
- Experience structuring and managing commercial credit transactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related experience preferred
Compensation
- $117,501.00 - $178,601.00
