Responsibilities
- Develop an individualized Speech Therapist (ST) plan of care and makes adjustments as needs change.
- Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in all phases of speech therapy.

- Family Educator/Advocate: Counsel patient and family on the disease/injury and how to manage in all phases of speech therapy.

Nice to have
- Minimum one-year experience as a Speech Therapist (ST) in an acute care setting.
- Home care experience preferred.
