About the role

  • We're looking for a creative, purpose-driven marketer excited about making an impact in women's health & wellness.
  • As a Creative Strategist, you'll shape O Positiv's performance marketing creative strategies across digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • An innovator who stays ahead of the trends and is excited to implement out of the box advertising strategies
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed briefs and deliver to design, video and emails teams
  • Collaborate with acquisition and retention teams to support and align creative strategies with new product launches
  • You'll report to the Director of Creative Performance and collaborate with other Creative Strategists and various Marketing Acquisition teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and lead with empathy, with a willingness to learn

Requirements

  • Pitch winning ideas using a strong understanding of the media landscape and develop ideas into creative strategies to be implemented across various channels
  • Experience with pre-production including scripting and planning
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and synthesize into actionable strategies

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of direct response DTC eCommerce marketing experience is preferred
