About the role
- The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of US Conec's Human Resources Information Systems to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS platforms and related technologies.
- Manage system configuration, security settings, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing performance improvements.
- Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and key resource for system-related support and best practices.
- Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement new system functionality, integrations, and technology solutions.
- Lead HRIS projects, including system testing, deployment, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee information.
- Monitor data quality and perform audits to support compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Create custom reports and ad hoc analyses to support workforce planning, business decisions, and organizational initiatives.
- Support strategic HR initiatives through process optimization, technology enhancements, and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and guide team members.
