- Tests and documents program code.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree earned through a 4-year degree program in related field.
- 5+ years' programming experience with technologies such as: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, DHTML, XML, JSON and SQL, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Web servers, web services, portals and reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services.
- Ability to find creative solutions to solve problems while staying within practice guidelines.
- Works with end user, when required, to understand request or discuss alternatives.
