About the role

The Field Safety Supervisor serves as the on-site and regional leader responsible for overseeing safety and security operations across multiple locations, including schools, restaurants, event venues, concierge sites, and other contracted facilities. This role ensures consistent execution of safety protocols, effective training and personnel management,
emergency preparedness, and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations and agency standards. The Field Safety Supervisor is responsible for supervising Safety Officers across all site types, serving as the primary liaison with operational leadership and clients, and maintaining a proactive, responsive, and professional safety culture

Lead incident response efforts, coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site leadership, and ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
Support drills and preparedness planning across all site environments.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement Attend safety meetings, respond to client concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships to support operational success and client satisfaction.
Training & Development Support onboarding and training for new hires across all site types.
Event & Special Operations Support Partner with the Safety and Partnerships Departments to oversee safety operations for events, including staffing, crowd management, access control, and coordination with event organizers.

This role ensures consistent execution of safety protocols, effective training and personnel management, emergency preparedness, and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations and agency standards.
Personnel Leadership & Oversight Directly supervise Safety Officers across multiple site types.
Monitor attendance, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and administer corrective action when necessary.
Multi-Site Security Management Oversee implementation of site-specific safety protocols across schools, commercial, restaurants, concierge sites, and special events.
Emergency Response Coordination Serve as on-scene supervisor during emergencies.
Administrative Documentation & Reporting Review, approve, and submit incident reports, daily logs, audits, and performance documentation for all assigned personnel.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency standards.
Reinforce post orders, policies, and procedures.
