Support design efforts by performing joint validation / testing of the Samsung products (OLED, QD-OLED) on customer platforms. This includes performing electrical, mechanical, optical, safety and reliability tests till closure.
Conduct face-to-face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future business, and build strong relationships.
Address customer issues by gathering facts, recommending solutions, gaining SDC management support.
Provide customer support including product information, road maps, demonstrations and technical issues.
Report progress to management on issues on daily/weekly/monthly basis / opportunities and solicit support whenever needed.
Deliver insight based on real time customer feedback and establish execution plans accordingly.

Experience in consumer electronics, preferably technical experience in the display industry.
Solid understanding of display technologies on OLED and basic understand other type of displays.
You should manage the project moving forward as planned and solve the issue with dedicated effort and creative way.

Bachelor's in engineering and 15+ years of experience, or a Master's and 13+ years of experience, or a PhD and 10+ years of industry experience preferred.

Develop and execute promotion plans for new product and technology to existing and target customers with goal to secure RFQ for upcoming products.
Daily communication and review with customers regarding technical issues and project schedules.
