Perform general maintenance and handyman duties
Maintain the interior and exterior of the building in a neat, clean, and safe condition.
Protect and maintain the building and grounds during inclement weather

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be reliable, professional, and responsive to emergency situations.
Strong handyman and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties.

Previous maintenance experience preferred, ideally in senior living, residential, or commercial.

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and basic carpentry.
