About the role
- General Job Description: In collaboration with other Area Superintendents and under the supervision of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations, strategic planning and personnel management of our General Forepersons and Forepersons within the sheet metal trade of the assigned area. Supervises:
- General Forepersons, Forepersons Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all sheet metal field activities to ensure standards and productivity are met in an effort to achieve company goals. Operations - Assist direct reports with: - Resource management - Proper team selection including assignment of Forepersons. - Project execution strategies
