About the role
- Avantor is seeking Cleanroom Technicians for our 2nd and 3rd shift at our Aurora, OH location.
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- 3rd shift: Sunday - Friday 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
- Maintains expected quality and quantity of work.
- Supports co-workers in their job responsibilities and is expected to work as a team player.
- Instill a "build it right the first time" mentality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 0-2 years equivalent experience in production in a cleanroom environment

Nice to have
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to be trained on and adhere to all cleanroom protocols
- Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift 50lbs minimum
