About the role
- This includes applying market research and program data to inform campaign plans, coordinating multi-channel implementation across earned, owned, and paid media, and supporting strategic advertising placement.
- Job Location: This position is remote but requires you to be located in or near the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area (DMV) to attend occasional onsite client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of Department of Labor initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach integrated marketing campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis.
- Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking to optimize message reach.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach
- Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
- Experience conducting or applying market research and translating insights into actionable campaign strategies and plans.
- Experience leading and managing integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid
- Experience overseeing advertising placement or media coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting workforce development or employee-focused programs.
- Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams.
- Experience supporting Department of Labor or other federal agencies is a plus.
- This position requires that the job be performed in the United States.

Compensation
- $81,147.00 - $137,949.00
