About the role

  • This includes applying market research and program data to inform campaign plans, coordinating multi-channel implementation across earned, owned, and paid media, and supporting strategic advertising placement.
  • Job Location: This position is remote but requires you to be located in or near the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area (DMV) to attend occasional onsite client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of Department of Labor initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach integrated marketing campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis.
  • Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking to optimize message reach.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach
  • Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
  • Experience conducting or applying market research and translating insights into actionable campaign strategies and plans.
  • Experience leading and managing integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid
  • Experience overseeing advertising placement or media coordination.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting workforce development or employee-focused programs.
  • Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience supporting Department of Labor or other federal agencies is a plus.
  • This position requires that the job be performed in the United States.

Compensation

  • $81,147.00 - $137,949.00
