Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing reliability workstreams from ambiguity to execution
  • Manage multiple priorities without needing step-by-step direction
  • Build trust with customers and internal leaders through consistent follow‑through

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field
  • ~4+ years of experience in an industrial or reliability-focused environment
  • We Solve: whatever problems or obstacles are required to help each customer achieve their reliability goals.
