About the role
- This position will work closely with the Lab computing team and clients to troubleshoot issues with hardware and software in the pharmaceutical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-user desktop including, but not limited to, troubleshooting issues, implementing approved software, and removing older software versions Setting-up, maintenance and administration of end user computer devices and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations Some troubleshooting of lab instruments\lab computer systems interfaces.
