About the role

Responsibilities
- Map and document complex collector and admin workflows end-to-end.
- Work with engineers to design robust data models.
- Lead roadmap planning for third-party integrations (Skip Tracing, Letter Vendors, Payment Portals, ERP, etc.).
- Drive consistency across integration frameworks and reusability of components.
- Collaborate and prototype workflow UIs that map to underlying technical complexity.
- Own feature lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineers to validate data flows and integration edge cases.
- Bring technical intuition to product design. Understand how databases, APIs, and frontends work together. Know what's easy, what's hard, and what's worth it.
