Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead the planning and execution of specific project workstreams within the broader GPU data center deployment program.
  • Technical Integration: Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to facilitate the design, site-specific implementation, and optimization of data center environments.
  • Operational Delivery: Manage the deployment lifecycle of high-density GPU clusters, including oversight of specialized infrastructure such as liquid cooling systems and networking interconnects.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment between Networking, Facilities, Compute Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project handoffs and risk mitigation.
  • Schedule & Risk Management: Develop detailed project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain deployment timelines.
  • Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to facilitate the design, site-specific implementation, and optimization of data center environments.
  • Manage the deployment lifecycle of high-density GPU clusters, including oversight of specialized infrastructure such as liquid cooling systems and networking interconnects.
  • Drive alignment between Networking, Facilities, Compute Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless project handoffs and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably within a large-scale enterprise or infrastructure environment.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in Data Center deployments or physical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of the data center lifecycle, including power, cooling, and rack-level integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $140,000
  • Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
  • Vultr will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with applicable laws and will not conduct a background check until after an offer of employment has been extended and accepted.
