About the role
- As Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of the Development Team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a major fundraising initiative.
- This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping complex initiatives moving forward.
- Assist in planning campaign events, donor briefings, committee meetings, and site visits in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the capital campaign, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and campaign activities stay on track.
- Partner with development leadership, campaign counsel, and volunteers to support fundraising strategy and execution.
- Coordinate campaign meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports and progress updates for leadership.
- Support donor engagement by organizing outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM and campaign databases, and preparing stewardship and recognition materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible project management or related professional experience (5+ years preferred).
Compensation
- $80,000-$90,000 annually.
