About the role

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
This person should be comfortable taking ownership of data structure, reporting workflows, and integrated project information across cost, schedule, procurement, resources, and construction progress.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience working with large data sets and structuring data for reporting and analysis
Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
Ability to organize information from multiple sources and turn it into clear, useful reporting
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide leadership when needed

Support business processes used to collect required project data from multiple stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills preferred, including formulas, data transfer, visuals, and VBA
