About the role
- Our commercial portfolio includes treatments for hypercortisolism and oncology, and the company has discovered more than 1,000 proprietary selective cortisol modulators and glucocorticoid receptor antagonists.
- With advanced clinical trials in patients with hypercortisolism, solid tumors, ALS and liver disease, Corcept is unlocking the power of cortisol modulation to help address some of the most devastating diseases patients face today.
Responsibilities
- manage promotional budgets and execute national sales strategy
- Lead and develop Regional Managers and Clinical Specialists, serving as the primary link between field teams and senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Area Key Opinion Leaders
- Identify market opportunities, share best practices, and proactively communicate strategies to cross-functional partners
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to senior leadership
- foster a collaborative, supportive environment that drives retention and patient outcomes
- Meet or exceed area sales goals; manage promotional budgets and execute national sales strategy
- Provide frequent coaching and feedback to direct reports; foster a collaborative, supportive environment that drives retention and patient outcomes
Requirements
- For more than 25 years, Corcept has been singularly focused on the science of cortisol, a powerful hormone that when unregulated, can play a role in a broad range of diseases.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coach area and regional sales teams toward exceeding objectives
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business planning, and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident delivering recommendations
- Successful track record of hiring, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent
- Independent, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compensation
- The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $260,000 - $300,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experie
