About the role
- Technical Depth - Dive into API documentation or code when needed to understand implementation tradeoffs and push back on decisions that affect the customer experience.
- Quality & Coverage - Identify opportunities to improve connector quality, reliability, usability, and coverage across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support - Help manage customer inquiries when questions require product judgment or a deeper understanding of a customer's implementation.
- API Partnerships - Build partnerships with API providers that have developer ecosystem or partnership programs.
- This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build the connectivity infrastructure for AI.
Requirements
- This role requires genuine technical fluency, strong customer instincts, and the ability to operate with minimal structure.
Nice to have
- Professional engineering experience is a strong plus.
Skills
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software
