About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of Canon Alliance governance forums, including Presidential Meetings, Steering Committees, Joint Business Meetings (JBMs), and executive reviews.
- Track executive decisions, action items, and follow-up commitments across HP and Canon leadership teams.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, meeting summaries, and communication packages for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage governance calendars, meeting cadence, and key business milestones.
- Maintain alliance documentation, SharePoint sites, meeting repositories, and governance records.
- Support event spending, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in senior/advanced general administrative support, office services, or a related field.
