About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
Responsibilities
- We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
- Manage internal flow teams including re-binners, re-pickers, and inventory movers; ensure smooth inter-departmental (inbound-to-outbound) handoffs.
- Support both inbound and outbound teams by ensuring inventory is available and correctly located to meet SLA commitments.
- Monitor high-velocity pick zones to prevent shrinkage; implement random audits of moved items.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse internal replenishment or inventory control, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment center.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Skills
- High attention to detail; capable of resolving inventory discrepancies quickly with root-cause analysis.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
