About the role
- Contract negotiation, sourcing for new vendors, and budget control of service agreements for - Janitorial, recycling, cafeteria services, landscaping, etc.
- Responsible for enhancing efficient facility operation and resource management.
- Indirect purchasing- Office supplies, uniforms, etc.
Responsibilities
- They will facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders, develop processes to enhance day to day operations, and strive to achieve optimal facility efficiency.
- Internal and external events and communications to support SEHA management activities.
- Manage and lead the team on projects and innovation such as Zero waste to landfill with the help of in-house waste vendors, employees and visitors, local waste stream vendors, and in-house janitorial vendor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in General Affairs (Administration).
- Experience using SAP.
Skills
- Domestic role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related field.
- Advanced level excel skills and familiar with other Microsoft office products, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Vendor management, Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
