About the role
- The Rubrik corporate legal team is looking for an energetic and talented Corporate Counsel with a passion for working on corporate securities, transactions and compliance matters and driving business in a fast-paced in-house environment.
- This position reports to Rubrik's Senior Director, Corporate Legal and is located in Rubrik's HQ (Palo Alto).
- You will work 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Implement new corporate legal workflows and processes using AI technology
- Manage outside counsel and internal cross-functional stakeholders in connection with complex corporate projects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage business expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
- Rubrik Security Cloud delivers complete cyber resilience by securing, monitoring, and recovering data, identities, and workloads across clouds.

Requirements
- Post-graduate legal degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
Nice to have
- 3+ years of corporate legal experience at a top law firm or in-house, with in-house experience or supporting in-house clients strongly preferred
Compensation
- Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- $142,600 - $213,800 USD
Benefits
- Advise on compliance with public company rules and regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock exchange listing standards, and Delaware law.
- Offer legal support for corporate transactions such as M&A and capital markets transactions, including financings, restructurings, credit facilities, stock repurchases, and debt offerings.
