About The Position The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for daily maintenance, repair, and operation of plumbing systems across all facilities on the Crystal Bridges Campus for Art and Wellness.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, may be necessary to support operational needs.
Install, inspect, and maintain water heaters, drain lines, and sewer lines, troubleshooting and repairing issues to maintain operational reliability.
Coordinate and manage project schedules to minimize disruption or interference with daily operations, ensuring plumbing projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain adequate training and ensure compliance with all requirements to hold a valid State of Arkansas Plumbing License and Boiler Certification.
Maintain compliance with ADA, City of Bentonville, Benton County, and State of Arkansas code requirements in all plumbing work.
Assist with the safety program by monitoring compliance with applicable building and safety codes, hazardous waste disposal procedures, OSHA standards, and hazardous materials handling.

The employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety protocols.
The position requires effective verbal and written communication with others, good eye/hand coordination, and the ability to lift and transport up to 75 pounds.
The ability to respond promptly and physically to urgent situations is essential.
Support local, state, and insurance inspections for regulatory compliance, providing corrective action and follow-up as required.

Assist in maintaining files for mandatory training, certifications, and annual maintenance schedules, providing accurate documentation to support inspections and reporting requirements.
