About the role
- We're looking for a passionate nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervision Nurse (LPN).
- This role will report into the Director of Nursing in Georgia.
- This is a Full-Time opportunity based in the Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Perform targeted, pediatric-focused clinical observations of the member during each visit (e.g., skin integrity checks, basic respiratory effort, and overall physical status).
- Document any regression or progression in the member's functional abilities that may require a modification to GAPP authorized hours.
- Review and reinforce the caregiver teaching plan, verifying that the family caregiver remains competent in both routine ADL support and emergency protocols (e.g., seizure rescue, basic life support, G-tube dislodgement).
- Document ongoing caregiver competencies using the agency's GAPP Skills Checklist.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising RN to ensure all LPN supervisory documentation is co-signed and dated by the RN within the mandated 10-business-day window.

Requirements
- Ensure the caregiver and member representative are initialing daily and signing weekly/biweekly, checking for the required "task-times-frequency" alignment.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric nursing experience
