About the role

  • FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Systems Administrator Seniors- Unity Application Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and review performance analysis for new User Interface/Services product offering developed internally. Interface with the Development organization, Project Managers, Professional Services, Network, Security and Server OS
  • support teams. Deploy Unity and surrounding products on new virtual servers. Work with engineers for deploying and maintaining Unity in UAT and production, pre-production and test and performance environments. Open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems. Apply analytical problem-solving skills for complex multi-tiered

Requirements

  • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above-listed skills.

  • Utilize automation software to conduct diagnostic work for the root cause of any issue and testing / planning of disaster recovery.
  • Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability.
  • Work with engineers located locally and overseas.
  • Open technical cases with hardware & software vendors to resolve problems.
  • Provide diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues.
  • Perform disaster recovery testing / planning.
