About the role

  • Ensuring creative and marketing concepts are adopted.
  • On a daily/weekly/monthly basis strive to review business results and hind sights ensuring that we are driving and supporting all businesses.
  • This includes all aspects of our web site, email, category banners, web sorts

Responsibilities

  • Deliver company financial objective through shared understanding and achievement of revenue, margin and expense management goals.
  • Drive demand through effective merchandising, delivering business objectives and supporting creative concepts and merchandise stories.
  • Create web shops and homepages to test and move forward with best practices to drive sales and conversion results.
  • Build email cadence with compelling stories and product to support traffic and conversion goals.
  • Partner with merchants in supporting merchandising stories and investments, to enhance web and email experience. Work w/ e-commerce team to establish best practices to drive sales and conversion.
  • Support for your individual development plus opportunities for career mobility within our family of brands.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Innate sense of fashion and ability to analyze and translate trends
  • Possess analytical skills, ability to draw smart conclusions and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks on tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • 2 years experience in a buying, planning, and/or inventory management role preferred

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $60,000
