About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale foreign assistance-funded project in support of national security mission.
- Provide authoritative advice to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues; define potential issues; and deliver actionable recommendations that inform resource allocation, governance decisions, and technology transformation.
- Integrate cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and support data‑driven decision‑making across complex acquisition portfolios.
- Build and sustain coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinating with senior stakeholders; and communicating complex technical or acquisition issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- FIVE (5) years or more of experience in the development and implementation of foreign assistance capacity-building programs
- The Foreign Assistance Program Manager will support a high‑visibility, global initiative designed to promote trusted technology, strengthen digital infrastructure security, and reduce vulnerabilities to untrusted suppliers.

Compensation

- The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
