About the role
- Be a "Near Peer Mentor" for participants.
- Facilitate and participate in daily Confluence program activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the clinical team while providing insights and observations.
- We are looking for curious and compassionate individuals that would like to develop and fine tune their existing skills in Human Services, Communication, Adventure Based Activities, and Leadership Development.
Requirements
- Must have CPR/First Aid Certification complete before hire date
- Non-Seasonal; We Aim to work with Developing Professionals.
- Physically capable of backpacking with a full backpack on uneven terrain.
- Curious, Compassionate, and Courageous.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.

- Salary starting at $44,000/Year
