About the role
- Tersus also sets a new standard in PPE care, utilizing its CO₂ cleaning process to offer unmatched care for firefighter gear, far exceeding the carcinogen removal rate of traditional cleaning methods for safer, more comfortable gear.
- Additionally, Tersus reclaims and recycles down from apparel, bedding, and gear, extending the life of valuable materials and reducing waste.
- This role serves as the leader on the repair floor, ensuring daily goals, quality standards, educational development and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, organized, and efficient daily operations.
- Lead with professionalism and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead by example through work ethic, communication, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, repair operations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate employees.
- Experience in apparel repair, industrial sewing, outdoor products, or warranty operations.
- Experience working with production metrics and KPIs.
- Qualifications Required 4+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, repair operations.
Nice to have
- Preferred Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
