About the role
- The UX/UI Designer is a skilled contributor responsible for delivering user-centered designs for assigned product features and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards.
- Contribute to design system components and maintain consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- This role emphasizes strong execution, attention to detail, and growth in design craft while supporting design system adoption and contributing to team success.
- Mid-Level designers participate in research, prototyping, and design execution, with opportunities to mentor junior peers informally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
