Responsibilities

  • You will d evelop roadmaps to target states, including necessary interim state architectures to support the transition.
  • You will c onduct architecture reviews and provide hands-on guidance and support to development teams.
  • You will e nsure solution design and implementation conform to enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • You have h ands-on experience with AI implementation, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Gateway, and GenAI integrations with platforms like SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • You have d eep expertise in modern application, data, and integration architectures.

  • You are f amiliar with shared enterprise platforms and their associated architecture, including cloud and data platforms, enterprise data lake, and AI platforms
  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • You have 10+ years of experience managing technology portfolios supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, and IT operations.
  • You have 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, with a proven track record of defining target state architectures and roadmaps for large, complex portfolios.
  • You have d emonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and large-scale vendor solution implementations.

Compensation

  • Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
  • $201,683-$322,693 ‎
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
