About the role
- This role is responsible for supervising field teams, coordinating installations, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical construction, proven leadership experience, and holds a valid Journeyman Electrician license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on active job sites
- Plan daily work activities and manage crew productivity
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
- Prior experience leading crews or working as a Foreman/Lead Electrician
Requirements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Nice to have
- Experience on large commercial projects (schools, hospitals, offices, etc.)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
