About the role
- Keyera is currently seeking a Control Room & Plant Operator (Entry Level) for our Superior, Wisconsin facility.
- This position follows a 12-hour rotating 7-on/7-off schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and participation in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance of pumps, valves, meters, gauges, transmitters, flow computers, and other process equipment, including monthly meter calibrations.
- Support plant turnarounds, maintenance activities, project planning, work scope development, operating procedures, and site-specific work plans.
- Respond to ONE Call notifications, report operational, environmental, safety, and equipment non-conformances, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Experience in gas processing, propane fractionation, NGL facilities, terminal operations, pipeline operations, or a related industrial environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with P&IDs, piping schematics, process drawings, and other technical documentation is an asset.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 7-on/7-off schedule, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to provide a satisfactory driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, or equipment calibration experience is an asset.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in building a career in plant operations.
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
- The successful candidate must reside within 30 miles of the Superior, Wisconsin facility
